Děvičky Castle (Dívčí hrady)
Děvičky
A Gothic ruin on a limestone crag at 428 m, on the Děvín ridge.
Děvičky, also known as Dívčí hrady and in German as Maidenburg, is the ruin of a Gothic castle crowning the northern edge of the Děvín massif — the highest point of the Pavlovské vrchy. It stands on a limestone rock rising to 428 metres and has been protected as a cultural monument since 1964. It is the ruin visible from most of the Pálava ridge, and from the reservoirs below.
