Former Synagogue, Podivín

The synagogue in Podivín was the Jewish house of prayer in this small South Moravian town. Like most of the region's synagogues it no longer serves that purpose — the building outlasted the community that built it, which is the common story of Jewish South Moravia outside Mikulov.
